We are happy to announce that Umami Black Garlic is now available in Malta exclusively from Brenorg fine food.
Using only white Polesano Garlic DOP, the production of Umami black garlic is a one month long natural process of fermentation and maturation, which is only obtained with the control of temperature and humidity. It transforms the garlic from pungent and sharp to an intense yet balanced palate, sweet balsamic notes, with and creamy texture.
Black Garlic can be used with various dishes, and is very ideal when combined with meat, fish, cheese and salads. It can also used to enhance pasta, risotto and other dishes.
Black garlic is considered a superfood for its health benefits.
