This Madagascan vanilla extract is produced via the latest gaseous extract technology, meaning that there is not even a trace of alcohol in the product.
It is a totally clear suspension with vanilla pod seeds in a pure, natural invert sugar solution. The seeds give an effect of using the real pods in your food although do not affect the flavour in any way.
This product is gluten free, vegetarian, has no artificial colours and no preservatives.
Use it in a similar way to any other extract or paste in a recipe, although due to the intense flavour of this extract you need to use only 1/3 of the quantity prescribed.
To prolong the life of this extract keep out of sunlight and at room temperature.
This extract has an equivalent concentration of 200g/l.
