About This Product

Melchiorri l’Intenditore D.O.P Umbria is produced solely from Moraiolo olives which are harvested by hand between the end of October and mid November. Intense, unfiltered, with only 0.2% acidity. Perfect to use with raw food, as a dressing with salads and with grilled meats. Limited production of around 20,000 liters per year.

Available in 250ml and 500ml.
