Blend is made of 60% Picual + 20% Arbequina + 20% Alfafarenca, Blanqueta and Genovesa (Local varieties).
Intense and complex extra virgin, slightly spicy and bitter.
Perfect to use with white meat and fish, salads, vegetables, pasta, soft cheeses.
